Who we are

Chukoichi.com is a Japanese marketplace for used high-tech machinery — vacuum equipment and pumps, electrical measuring instruments, analytical instruments and semiconductor-related equipment — operated by Chukoichi Co., Ltd. (Tokyo, Japan). The equipment listed on this English site is stocked in Japan and available for export. International sales are handled together with our export partner, who replies to your inquiry in English and issues quotations and invoices in USD.

How buying works

1. InquirySend the inquiry form with the items you are interested in, your destination country, and any questions.
2. Availability & condition checkWe physically confirm the unit in our warehouse. Where possible we report power-on / operation check results, and can send additional photos or videos.
3. QuotationOur export partner sends a quotation in USD, EX-Works Japan. Export packing and freight (by sea or air, to port or door) are quoted separately on request.
4. PaymentBank transfer (T/T) in advance. We ship after the payment has been received.
5. ShippingWe prepare export packing and hand the cargo to your forwarder, or arrange shipping for you. Japanese export-control regulations (Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act) apply to all shipments.

Terms of sale (international orders)

• Condition: all items are used and sold as-is (current condition). Condition and known issues are disclosed before purchase to the extent we know them.
• No warranty, no returns: international orders carry no warranty and no return / refund service, including for initial failure. Please confirm the condition with us — with photos, videos or an operation check where possible — before ordering.
• Delivery terms: EX-Works Japan (Incoterms EXW) unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment: bank transfer (T/T) in advance, invoiced in USD. Bank charges are borne by the buyer.
• Export control: shipments are subject to Japanese export-control law. Some items may require an export licence or may not be exportable to certain destinations or end-uses; we will let you know during the quotation.
• Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

These conditions apply to purchases from outside Japan and differ from the terms shown on our Japanese site.
